Village of Pecatonica Declares Snow Emergency

PECATONICA (WIFR) -- The Village of Pecatonica has enforced a snow emergency that will take effect at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday.
That means the odd/even parking rules will be enforced, so on Thursday cars should be parked along the even side of the street.
