Boys and Girls Club of Rockford Holding Spring Basketball Registration

ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- The Carlson Boys and Girls Club is currently holding registration for grades 3 & 4 (Mites) boys and girls basketball. This league is open to all students in the Harlem School District.
This league will emphasize fundamentals, skill development, sportsmanship, fun, and a better overall understanding of the sport of basketball.
Registration ends March1st. Practices begin the week of March 4 with one practice per week. Games are played on Saturdays at the Carlson Club. Applications can be mailed or dropped off at the Club, 7406 Elm Avenue, Machesney Park between noon and 6 PM Monday thru Friday.
The $55 fee covers player’s membership fee, team T-Shirt and award (current members - $40). All players must provide a copy of birth certificate and complete a sports application. Fee must be paid in full prior to the first scheduled practice. Spots available are on a first come basis. Volunteer coaches are needed.
