UNDATED (WIFR) -- There's a new number one when it comes to companies with the best reputation among American consumers.

Amazon has taken over the top spot from Apple according to the Harris survey. This is the fourteenth year of the reputation quotient survey. It takes a look at product, quality, trust,social responsibility and how employees are treated. Apple dropped to number two. Rounding out the top five are Disney, Google and Johnson and Johnson as for companies with the worst reputation. That dubious honor belongs to A.I.G..Followed closely by Goldman Sachs and Halliburton.
