BELVIDERE (WIFR) -- You could call it a whopper of a demolition, Belvidere’s Burger King is no more.

Today crews tore down what was left of the restaurant.

You may recall the building caught fire around Thanksgiving and insurance agents called it a total loss. The owner has been working with the city ever since. It is up to him whether to rebuild.
