Janesville Police Investigating Burglary to Liquor Store

JANESVILLE (WIFR) – Just before 2:00 a.m. on February 12th the Janesville Police Department responded to an alarm in the 1600 block of W. Court St., Julie and Ray’s Liquor store. When officers arrived, they found the north side drive up window smashed out.
The surveillance video shows the suspect entering the store through the drive up window, placing numerous packs of cigarettes and liquor bottles in a bag and fleeing through the same window. The suspect was in the store for approximately one minute.
The suspect is described as a man, 5’8” to 5’10” wearing a solid colored winter coat with the hood over his head. He was also wearing jeans, black tennis shoes with white soles, and black rimmed glasses.
