WINNEBAGO COUNTY (WIFR) – Investigators are still looking into another Stateline infant. Baby Noah’s body was found nearly 7 months ago in a Roscoe recycling plant mixed in with the trash.

The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Department says it has no new leads in the case. Anyone with information on the child or who his parents might be is asked to call Crime Stoppers.
