MACHESNEY PARK (WIFR) -- Six Stateline fire departments were called to Machesney Park late this afternoon to battle a house fire. It broke out around 4:00 in the 1000 block of Colonial Drive. An elderly woman was the only person home and she is okay, however her dog is missing. The fire started in the back of the home. It's cause is still under investigation.
