ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Another big winner is announced tonight... United Way president and 23 News Political Expert Paul Logli, who hold many titles was named the Rockford Register Star's Excalibur Winner. Logli is being recognized for making a difference in our community, he gives his time to multiple non-profits. Also Children's Home + and aide was recognized with a similar award.
