2012 Holiday Festival of Lights Kicks Off

ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Dozens of colorful displays light up Rockford’s Sinnissippi Park for an annual holiday tradition.

The 2012 Holiday Festival of Lights kicked off Thursday night. There are more than 50 light displays. all holiday themed. Santa Claus is there to greet families and you might even get a glimpse of Rudolph the red nosed reindeer as you drive through the display. Viewing hours are 5-10 pm Thursday through Sunday evenings. Starting December 20th through December 30th the lights will be on display everyday from 5 to 10pm,
