Send 5th Annual Building Trades Person of the Year Banquet

ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Hardware was handed out Wednesday night at the 5th Annual Building Trades Person of the Year Banquet. Winnebago County State's Attorney Joe Bruscato won the 2012 Person of the Year Award. While retired businessman Darryll Russell earned the 2012 Lifetime Achievement Award.
