ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- A 7-year-old boy took his tooth fairy earnings all the way to the bank. Zeke Harezlak personally handed in his donation to alpine bank for the better school brighter future campaign.

Zeke donated almost $40 to the campaign. The first grader has been saving the money he received from the tooth fairy Where he got $20 for each of the four teeth he lost. Zeke's father is a counselor at West Middle School. Zeke says he wanted to fix up his father's classroom and the auditorium.

"There's skirts, I don't know what they're called but they're broken inside so it's a leaking air. so that's why I wanted to help," said Zeke.

Because of Zeke's donation, Alpine Bank will donate $50,000, which is the last amount needed for the Better Schools Brighter Future campaign to reach their goal of $100,000.
