Diet Soda Linked to Depression

UNDATED (WIFR) -- Drinking just one pop a day, particularly diet pop, could make you more depressed.

The National Institutes of Health found people who had more than four cans of soda a day, were 30% more likely to develop depression.

However, coffee drinkers have a slightly lower risk of a being depressed compared to people who do not drink coffee.
