There is always an occasion to wear a fabulous hat! So why not make an original one made by your own hand? The afternoon will include a presentation on the history of hats with tips and techniques to create your own fascinator. Materials provided include the fascinators base, alligator clips, and glue. Please bring an assortment of materials, including feathers, beads, pearls, crystals, silk flowers, veiling for your own creation. We encourage people to bring unusual materials, such as broken vintage jewelry, to give your piece a really personal touch. The Workshop also includes a sneak peek into our Exhibit space to view the “Rule of the Hat” exhibit. February 16, 1-3pm. Cost $10 per person
