“A New Way To Do Grief” at Medina Manor

The death of someone close to us causes grief. Often that grief becomes a burden on our lives. Medina Manor, Durand, IL, is sponsoring a free presentation entitled “A New Way To Do Grief.”

The presenter will be Tom Zuba, a grief guide, author, speaker and guest on The Oprah Winfrey Show.

Zuba’s experience with death -- his 18-month old daughter, Erin, died in 1990, his 43-year-old wife, Trici, in 1999, and his 13-year-old son, Rory, in 2005 -- led him to find a way to grieve and mourn that has brought him a new, full, joy-filled life. In his presentation, Zuba shares the tools he uses to make the journey through grief easier.
