Big Brother 12 Casting Call
April 1st from 6 – 8pm
At Cronies Grill on North Second Street (251) just south of 173 in Machesney Park

Each applicant MUST have the following:
(1) A complete application. Print off the application below and bring it with you that night.
(2) A two-minute recorded video. You can bring your own 2 minute video on a dvd or WIFR will shoot a 2 minute video for you and send in your submission.
(3) A photocopy of your driver’s license or state issued photo ID.
(4) A photocopy of your passport or Social Security card.
(5) Two photos one face and one body shot.

If the application is incomplete or there is no video or no photos, it will not be considered.
