Impeach Blago Website

It's called it asks visitors to do just that. Launched over the weekend, it asks visitors to sign an online petition to impeach the governor. The site was created by the United Republican Fund...a private organization dedicated to advancing conservative principles.

Blagojevich has been at odds with house speaker Michael Madigan since Friday. That's when the governor accused his fellow democrat of being a right wing republican. On Saturday Madigan told him to "knock it off."

Though he won't comment on cries for impeachment, state representative Jim Sacia says something has to be done soon.

"To watch the governor of what I consider the greatest state in the union acting like a 6th grader that isn't getting his way is just an abomination of the political process."

He claimed to be pro-education, but has cut higher education budgets every year that he's been in office. Claimed he wanted to "employ Illinois", but has subcontracted state jobs to out of state companies. Get rid of him.

He's under more investigations and indictments that George Ryan ever was -- impeach him? Not enough! Lock him up!

He has made a worse mess than what we had.And how about the money he spends daily (ours)on private jet flights because he wants to live in Chicago rather than Springfield...?

HOORAY Jim Sachia!! The people of the State of Illinois did not want to elect Blagojevich again but were left with little choice. Impeachment would be an excellent idea. Maybe the next Governor will live in the Governor's mansion where he belongs and not charge the people of Illinois to fly back and forth to his home. It's just outrageous and should be dealt with harshly. IMPEACH!!

I'm sick of this garbage. ALL of our elected officials are acting like spoiled brats. This, he said, they said, I said bantering must stop. GET THE BUDGET DONE. You all are getting paid extra for being there. How much is going to cost the taxpayers, the cost of this special session is also not in the budget either but we will have to pay for it.

Why shouldn't Daly's little puppet be impeached? If I take a job, regardless of where it is, I'm expected to be there - at my OWN expense - each and every work day. It's time for him to grow up and start doing what's best for the ENTIRE state - not just Chicago and the freeriders looking for handouts.
