Rockford police are still searching for the suspect who allegedly left his shotgun in a yard leading to the accidental shooting death of an eight year old boy. Meanwhile the victim's family has set up a memorial fund. Taveus Coleman was shot by his friend Sunday after the kids found the gun on 20th Avenue. That gun has been traced to 23-year old Lesley DeShawn Bowman. A memorial fund has been created to help out Coleman's family. You can make a donation at any Amcore bank location.
