A sentencing date has been set for the man who plotted to blow up CherryVale Mall. Derrick Shareef is due back in court June fifth. That's when he'll learn his fate for planning to put hand grenades in garbage cans at the mall back in December of 2006. Last November he pled guilty to one count of using weapons of mass destruction. Shareef faces a minimum of 20-years behind bars and a maximum life sentence.
