It happened near the UPS building on Kishwaukee Road at 11:30 this morning. Investigators tell us 13-year old Malorie Zeigler, of Oregon, IL, was in the passenger seat when the driver, her 20 year old sister, swerved into oncoming traffic. Zeigler died at the scene, the driver is in critical condition at Rockford Memorial Hospital. Two other passengers in the other vehicle were sent to SwedishAmerican hospital with non- life threating injuries.
