UPDATE: Bond $3M for Woodstock Man Accused of Craigslist Sex Assault

WOODSTOCK, Ill. (AP) -- A McHenry County judge has set bond at $3 million for a Woodstock man accused of sexually attacking women he met through personal ads posted on Craigslist.

Charles R. Oliver is being held on sexual assault, kidnapping, intimidation and harassment charges in connection with attacks on six people between November 2011 and February 2013. Authorities say the 44-year-old Oliver met five of the victims through personal ads on the Internet and sexually assaulted them in his home.

Authorities say Oliver was originally arrested in January. After more victims came forward he was arrested again.

Prosecutors wanted Oliver's bond revoked. Defense attorney Mark Facchini argued against revoking bond, saying Oliver has attended all of his court appearances.
