ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- His political opponent may be a cop, But Carl Wasco's the one getting police support for his run for the 68th district house seat.
The Illinois Police Benevolent and Protective Association or PBPA has endorsed the Democrat. The police union says they support Wasco even though current 68th district representative, republican John Cabello is a member of the association. You may recall Cabello is a detective for the Rockford Police Department.
