JANESVILLE, Wis. (AP) -- A Wisconsin man facing drug charges had a child handle his heroin sales when the man wasn't home.
The Janesville Gazette reports the man described the sales to police, with details recorded in court documents.
Janesville police say 32-year-old Jamie Jacobson and his wife, 27-year-old Jennifer Jacobson, were arrested Tuesday after they sold drugs to an informant.
Court documents say Jamie Jacobson told police that he had a child living in his home complete sales when Jacobson wasn't there.
Jacobson says that on two occasions he had heroin users come to his house, leave money and take at DVD containing heroin. He says the child didn't know the people were picking up heroin, although the child knew Jacobson was using the drug.
