ILLINOIS (WIFR) – The State of Illinois is winning big money on video gaming machines. February’s numbers are unbelievable. Gamblers gave the state $3.4 million, up from January’s $2.4 million and double December’s profits. Local gamblers contributed just under $400,000 to the state and $73,000 to local governments. Video gaming machines started showing up in September.
