ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- There's no lag in candy sales this time of year, but all that Halloween candy isn't good for our kids so today the little ghosts and goblins had the chance to celebrate Halloween with a healthier spin.
The kids were all dressed up in their Halloween costumes for the party at the University of Illinois College of Medicine. It's just like any other Halloween party with costume contests and games, but instead of getting candy kids had healthier options, everything from veggies to sugar free cookies, and guess what, they loved it just as much as the candy bag.
