ROCKFORD (WIFR) – The grassroots organization Transform Rockford is narrowing its vision to enact change for the community.
Seven meetings focused on developing goals to dramatically improve the area will take place through February.
The meeting will inform the community of current conditions as well as breakout sessions to develop a plan more concrete for the future.
"Not just a little bit of change but transformational change that they want to see. That's the visioning part and then after we get through all that in the next couple of months, then we'll move into strategy on how we get to that,” said executive director Mike Schablaske.
The first of these meetings will take place Monday at noon at Orton Keyes in Rockford.
