WINNEBAGO COUNTY (WIFR) -- As of April 1st, 2013, Winnebago County will no longer be collecting tolls at the Harlem Toll Plaza on Bauer Parkway.
The county urges all citizens to utilize their tokens on or before midnight on March 31, 2013. In the meantime toll collection will continue to be enforced.
