Three Face Drug and Weapons Charges

Three people are facing drug and weapons charges after several area law enforcement agencies search a Rockford home.

ROCKFORD (WIFR) – Three people are facing drug and weapons charges after several area law enforcement agencies search a Rockford home.

It happened after 6 p.m. Wednesday night in the 1700 block of Mobile Home Avenue. The home had previously been the scene of a shots fired incident.

Police seized a gun and over two pounds of marijuana.

Arrested were:

Warren Burgett, 33, Rockford
-Unlawful Use of a weapon by a felon
- No Firearm Owners Identification Card.
- Violation of the Cannabis Control Act (possession with intent to deliver)

Joseph Walker, 20, Rockford
- Unlawful Use of Weapons
- Violation of the Cannabis Control Act (possession with intent to deliver)
- No Firearm Owners Identification Card.
- 3 County Failure to Appear warrants.

Kaitlynn Shilmon, 19, Rockford

- Unlawful Use of Weapons (brass Knuckles)
- Violation of the Cannabis Control Act (possession with intent to deliver)
- No Firearms Owners Identification Card.
