UPDATE: Woman Sentenced for Drug Charges

UPDATE: After pleading guilty on April 30th, 2013, Julie Cedarleaf has been sentenced to 24 months of court supervision.

38-year-old Cedarleaf, and her kids Taylor and Logan were arrested inside their home on Louden Drive after police searched the home and found more than 4 pounds of marijuana and 67 pot plants.


LOVES PARK (WIFR) -- Three people were arrested on February 12, 2013 during an early morning narcotics investigation.

Police searched a residence in the 6300 block of Louden Dr., Loves Park and seized 67 Cannabis Sativa plants, more than 2000 grams of processed cannabis, United State currency, and a vehicle.

The three individuals arrested were:

  • Julie Cedarleaf, 38, of Loves Park
  • Taylor Cedarleaf, 19, of Loves Park
  • 17-year-old, of Loves Park

    Both Julie and Taylor Cedarleaf were each charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver 500-2000 Grams of Cannabis and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Julie Cedarleaf was also additionally charged with Possession of More than 50 Cannabis Sativa Plants and Possession of a Schedule III Narcotic.

    The 17-year-old was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver 30-500 Grams of Cannabis and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
