ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Forty years ago Tuesday the U.S. Supreme Court made a landmark decision on abortions when they upheld Roe v. Wade. And Tuesday a local women's rights group wants to make sure that doesn't change.
Members of the Winnebago County Citizens for Choice held a rally in Downtown Rockford. They say women's rights have recently come under fire from politicians and that's why pro-choice supporters need to make sure women have access to safe and legal abortions.
