CRYSTAL LAKE, Ill. (AP) -- A 17-year-old suburban Chicago high school student has been charged with unauthorized use of a video recording device after allegedly putting a pinhole camera in a boy's locker room at the school.
Luke Patrick Gildea of Crystal Lake is charged with two felony counts of unauthorized video recording and is scheduled to appear in court Friday.
Gildea, a student a Crystal Lake Central High School, was charged on Thursday. District spokesman Jeff Puma says a search of the school and other schools in the area, but that no other cameras were found.
Parents were notified about the camera in a letter on Thursday afternoon.
