ROCK COUNTY (WIFR) – A deputy from the Rock County Sheriff’s Department was on patrol when he noticed the car in front of him swerving and nearly colliding with another vehicle.
The deputy pulled the car over and found the driver, 40 year old Cheryl Ackerman of Stoughton, heavily intoxicated.
Ackerman was arrested for her 5th OWI and having opening container of alcohol in her car.
