WINNEBAGO (WIFR) -- Teachers in the Winnebago School District are still working without a contract. Members of the Winnebago Education Association and school board members can’t seem to come to an agreement on their own, which is why they’ll meet with a federal mediator in the next week or two. The contract for WEA members expired back in August.
