BELOIT (WIFR) -- The Beloit Police issued the following statement about 50-year-old Todd Gupton's move to Beloit, Wisconsin.
"According to the Wisconsin Department of Community Corrections (DCC), Todd Gupton, 50, will be moving from the Rock Valley Community Corrections Program, 203 W. Sunny Lane, to 224 Chestnut Av., Beloit, WI. This move will occur on or about March 1, 2013.
Gupton was convicted of Robbery with Use of Force on January 7, 2004; 2nd Degree Sexual Assault on March 15, 1991 and Enticing Child for Immoral Purposes on November 20, 1989.
While living at 224 Chestnut Av., conditions of Gupton’s supervision includes, but are not limited to: No contact with minors; No patronizing taverns, bars or liquor stores; No contact with victims; Not to consume alcohol or drugs; Comply with standard sex offender rules; and Cooperate with GPS monitoring. Gupton will be with an approved escort during his very limited trips away from the residence.
