ROCKFORD (WIFR) – A 19 year old Rockford man rests peacefully in the hospital Tuesday morning with non-life threatening injuries after being shot in the arm late Monday night.
Police say the victim was standing outside a residence on the 400 block of Concord Avenue around 9:35 p.m. when an unknown suspect or group of suspects drove by and shot the man.
The suspect(s)’s vehicle is a Nissan. No further suspect or car description is available.
