Rockford Police Investigating Shooting on Parmele Street

ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Rockford police are looking for the person who shot a woman in the back.
It happened at about 6:00 p.m. Thursday near Parmele Street and 11th Avenue. The victim took herself to the hospital and is in stable condition.
