Rockford Police Find Cocaine, Marijuana In Drug Bust

A 22 year-old-man, who has been in trouble with the law before, is arrested and charged with trying to sell cocaine.

ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- A 22 year-old-man, who has been in trouble with the law before, is arrested and charged with trying to sell cocaine.

Rockford Police say they got a tip that Jhordyn Ford, 22, was selling cocaine from a house at 421 N. 2nd Street. Officers searched the home and found cocaine, marijuana, a loaded gun, and a large amount of money.

Officers arrested Ford. He’s charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine in a drug free zone, Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon by a Felon, Violation of the Cannabis Control Act, and not having a valid FOID card.
