Rockford Police Arrest Three Suspects on Drug Charges

ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Members of the Rockford Police Department’s Narcotics Unit received information that illegal drugs were being sold from the 3000 Block of Grant Park Blvd. and opened an investigation.

As a result of this investigation a search warrant was executed on 11/30/12. Three adults and two young children were located on the residence. After a thorough search was completed, detectives located approximately 104 grams of suspected cocaine, 533 grams of suspected cannabis, United States currency, and other items associated with drug trafficking. All three adults were arrested and later lodged in the Winnebago County Jail.

47-year-old Richard Rill and 34-year-old Amanda Rill, both of Rockford, were each charged with Possession with Intent to deliver 100-400 grams of cocaine and Possession with Intent to deliver 30-500 grams of cannabis. No bond was set.

26-year-old Marie Beck of Rockford was also arrested and charged with Possession of 30-500 grams of cannabis.
