ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Winnebago County State's Attorney, Joe Bruscato, announced today that Dwayne D. Glass, 35, pled guilty on September 26, 2012, and was sentenced to seven years in the Illinois Department of Corrections by Judge White for the offense of Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, 15-100 grams of cocaine.
On December 28, 2007, Winnebago County Sheriff’s Police recovered approximately an ounce and a half of cocaine along and a digital scale along with $3,146 in cash in Glass’s Rockford residence during the execution of a search warrant.
Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, 15-100 grams of cocaine is a Class X felony punishable by 6 to 30 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
