Rockford Launches New Tourism Campaign in Response to Miserable Ranking

ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- It's a mockery of misery.

Rockford's convention and visitor's bureau just unveiled a new ad campaign. "Misery Loves Company". They're using the slogan to poke fun at Forbes calling Rockford third most miserable city in the U.S. The slogan will accompany a series of photos that show Rockford is anything but miserable.
