ROCKFORD (WIFR) — As part of its annual Quality Week celebration, Rockford Health System will recognize the 2012 Jack W. Packard Quality Champion Award winners during a special event on Wednesday, October 17, at 11 a.m. in the hospital’s Café 2400.
The annual awards recognize both a physician and an employee in the organization who exemplify an outstanding commitment to quality and safety in patient care. It is named in honor of a long-time member of the Rockford Health System Board of Directors, Jack W. Packard, a well-known area business leader who has helped guide performance improvement
efforts at Rockford Health System for decades.
This year, 14 individuals have been nominated.
