ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- On October 25, Ogle County Sheriff's Deputies, Rochelle Police Officers, and other local law enforcement executed a search warrant in the 200 block of Avenue C in Rochelle. The search warrant was the result of an investigation that started after citizen complaints of possible drug dealing at that address.

After an investigation, the residents, 24-year-old David Mack and 30-year-old Diane Dirickson, were arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Deliver within 1,000 feet of a school, Unlawful Possession of Cannabis with the Intent to Deliver, and Unlawful Possession of Cannabis.

22-year-old Kristan Mack of Chicago was also arrested on a Chicago Police Department arrest warrant for Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon.

All three individuals were taken to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.

During the investigation, officers located a large amount of cannabis that was packaged for sale, several digital scales, and drug packaging material. The Rochelle Fire Department also assisted at the scene.
