ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- The Ogle County State's Attorney announced Tuesday that on March 4, 2013, an Ogle County Jury deliberated and found Lionel Losoya, age 46, of Rochelle, guilty of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.
The charges stemmed from an early morning single vehicle crash investigated by the Rochelle Police Department on January 1, 2012, in which Mr. Losoya drove his vehicle into a ditch near Sunset Liquors.
This matter is set for a sentencing hearing on April 17, 2013, at 9:00 a.m.
