ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Community leaders come together three weeks after a shooting that killed a 20 year old.
The Peace and Non-Violence Committee met Tuesday afternoon at the Fairgrounds Valley Housing Complex on Rockford's west side. The group was formed about a year ago and includes representatives from a number of local groups and agencies by connecting the complex with the community the group hopes to make it a safer place to live.

19 year old Tommy Nabors has been arrested and charged in Jimmy Hollins murder. Another suspect 18 year old Damarius Nelson is still wanted.
