ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- The City of Rockford is done being patient with On The Waterfront organizers. They've given the group until Monday to get out of the Ingersoll Building.
They've been using the site to store everything from decorations to booths. The city wants them out of the Ingersoll Warehouse, since it plans to turn it into a sports complex by 2014.
