Monroe Man Charged with 4th OWI

MONROE (WIFR) – Monroe Police pulled a car over late Wednesday night for a routine traffic stop. The officer arrested 36 year old Nathan Wiesenberg of Monroe for his 4th OWI offense as well as possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
