Monroe Man Charged With Disorderly Conduct After Complaint

MONROE (WIFR) -- On March 18, 2013, Monroe Police charged a man with disorderly conduct after an investigation into a complaint that the man had made inappropriate comments to and inappropriately touched, an 18-year-old Monroe man in the basement of a house.

On March 15,2013 around 2:30 p.m. Monroe Police were contacted by an 18-year-old Monroe man, who complained that he had just been at a residence in the 1700 block of 19th Street on Monroe's near south side, and while there, another man had made inappropriate comments to him and later inappropriately touched him.

After investigating the incident, Monroe Police charged 66-year-old Maynard Heins of Monroe with disorderly conduct. Heins has been released pending a future court appearance.
