UPDATE: ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- More human bones have been located at the ATV park where Mark Miller's wallet was found. An update will be given when more information becomes available.

ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- He disappeared 3 years ago and now there are some new clues for those trying to find out what happened to Mark Miller.

"There was this video camera and the contents of a wallet." Jerry Noble of Hanesville had no idea that an ATV trip with his son would lead to new clues in the investigation of a missing man. “I just figured it was someone out there riding, having fun and lost their wallet in the water,” Noble said.

After his son found a wallet on the track along the river, Noble googled the name found inside. "I was just going to give him a call and let him know that we have the contents of his wallet and we were going to mail it to him," said Noble.

But to his surprise, the wallet belonged to Mark Miller, Rockford man who was reported missing in March 2009. Noble's shocking discovery sparked an investigation at Rocky Glen Park on South Main Street. Nearby, police found a human bone.

"You don't know whether to be happy or sad because there's a thousand things that it could imply," said Mark’s brother Kerry Miller.

Mark's family has been actively searching for him ever since he failed to show up to work at the Clocktower Resort. They've hosted ground and water searches and even made this YouTube video about Mark's disappearance. "My gut is telling me not to jump to any conclusions and to continue to let the police do their job," said Miller.

Kerry Miller says it's good to know Mark's case hasn't been forgotten. "We're just glad that this is still looked at and there is more evidence and information and that it's possible that someday we'll have answers,"said Miller.
