UPDATE: BELOIT (WIFR) -- Two more people are arrested and charged with the murder of a Beloit man.
Laquan Kendall and Angelo Young are charged with first degree intentional homicide. They're accused of killing Edward Demont Haley in April 2014. Haley's body was found in the 2100 block of Newark Road.
Kendall and Young were both already in custody. Young also faces murder charges for Raymond Holiday's death. He was killed the same day as Haley.
On Friday Ronald Hicks was arrested. He's also charged in Haley's death.
UPDATE: BELOIT (WIFR) – Beloit Police believe they have the man responsible for an April 2014 shooting death.
30-year-old Ronald Hicks is now in custody on a first degree murder charge after investigators say he killed 36-year-old Edward Haley in the 2100 block of Newark Road in the early morning hours of April 25, 2014.

BELOIT (WIFR) – Beloit police are looking for information after a man is found shot in the head in the middle of a country road.
Beloit Police say 36-year-old Edward Haley was found around midnight in the 2100 block of Newark Road on the city’s Northwest side. Haley was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. Steve Franks just bought the property right next to where Haley was found.
“First reaction was I thought it was kind of weird that we were going to start out our first day of ownership with something like that happening but it could have been anyplace I guess. Nothing like that has happened out here in the last 30 years and I don’t for see it happening again,” said Steve Franks.
Police are still investigating and have not made any arrests.

BELOIT (WIFR) -- Police are investigating a homicide after a man was found lying the in street Friday morning around 1:15 a.m in Beloit.
Beloit Police say they found the man who was shot lying in the street in the 2100 hundred block of Newark Road. The victim was transported to Beloit Memorial Hospital where the individual was later pronounced dead.
Police have identified the man as 36-year-old Edward Haley of Beloit.
At this point police are still investigating.
