ROCKFORD (WIFR) – Manuel Alvarez-Ochoa, a 23-year-old Mexican citizen, was sentenced to 70 months in federal prison without parole for illegally re-entering the United States after having been deported.
After being arrested in Dixon, Alvarez-Ochoa pled guilty to the charges on August 14, 2012, admitting that he illegally re-entered the U.S. after previously being deported in May of 2008.
