JO DAVIESS COUNTY (WIFR) -- On March 8, 2013, Dalton L. Weidner of Monroe, Wisconsin was indicted on two counts of Aggravated DUI. Each count is a Class 2 Felony. These charges stem from a motor vehicle accident that occurred near North Tiger Whip Road in Nora, Illinois on October 11, 2012. This accident resulted in the death of Alice Wand, of South Wayne, Wisconsin.
